I am also tendering my shares. My online broker said that to do this it just means doing nothing and the shares will transfer to the tyco shares. This really bites, I hope the CEO of IDYN got his pockets full from this because we the investors got fleeced. Never will I buy a stock if this CEO is involved with it. Also as a doctor I will never accept any of the products he is involved with.
