What is the reason for this advice,so you and the big guys can buy in at lower values only to see the markets keep going up.Listen up people,just buy the quality and put it away,if you need the cash,borrow against it,if you own quality,the banks(there's that word again)will be happy to lend you the cash.This way you can keep your ticket to the dance and step out to buy some new shoes.
