Robert - re:"Cut your racist convictions." Europeans are a RACE now? That's pretty far fetched. On my last visit to Oracle, the meeting consisted of 3 Brits, a Frenchman, an Italian and 2 native-born US folks. Just one data point, but it kind of supports Cheryl's observation. What "RACE" would you say those people comprised? Or is it kind of hard to guess just based on national origin? You WERE joking, I hope.
