OT - Intellectual capacity of the Pres

I think people greatly overstate the need for the president to be a genius.

Carter was one our of smartest presidents.

Reagan was an actor who was "out to lunch" the last couple years.

Which was our country better served by?

It's not an open an shut case folks. Personally I'm afraid of some of Gore's "ideas". Gore is all about Big Government. Just wait and see.

Now I don't care for either canidate terribly, but I do think Bush is the lesser of the two evils.

I can't believe how the Republicans manage to blow it every year. Put up an good looking, young, intelligent pro-choice canidate and you'll win. It would lock up the woman's vote that we lose badly every year. And forget this BS about giving the rich tax cuts. Decrease the size of Gov and entitlements and taxes will naturually come down over time.

I'd like to see Nader win, but it ain't gonna happen.
