Do you not think that the WHOLE street doesn't know about AMZN's balance sheet? They will be able to pay bondholders through a secondary as the stock is still valued nicely. The company is moving towards profitability and based on their superior business model (long-term), the street will bid the price up prior to the announcement of a secondary. Bezos is not stupid and the many on the Street who are betting on AMZN's success are not stupid either.
