Please respond technically, but it seems to me that 911 systems will prefer Snaptrack if it means that the 911 operator can dispatch the emergency vehicle while taking the phone call. Waiting a few minutes requires additional time from the operators or other 911 personnel and opportunities for mistakes to be made.
