Curtis: I'm curious what your decision could be with regards to year end tax loss selling ? I'm in that position now with PSIX, I can sell at current price and uncle sam will have to refund me all the estimated taxes I've been sending them since the 1st qtr, or I can sit on my PSIX shares and hope for a year2001 recovery. If however, no such recovery exists then I'm holding paper worth so much of a loss that I don't have a chance of developing enough 2001 profits to off set it. This is selfish on my part but I wish PSIX would decide on their future before the end of this year so I can decide as well what to do with my shares. I'll hold if I like their plan for survival but I'll sell if their next announcement isn't another bold bite the bullet decision like the one they made a few days ago.

Thanks
