I had about 700 trades before I packed it in a few weeks ago to return to the corporate world ( conveniently at the end of golf season) I reciorded each trade as it happened in a spreadssheet and entered the sell order and moved it down the spreadsheet - I had a column for the net proceeds of the trade - I sumjmed the columns also - I had running totals - I then double check each entry against the internet transaction history and again on the mailed slips.

I also check the monthly statement.

If you do not keep on top of it the trades are not fresh in your mind and it takes much longer to enter and check the tally.

Good luck all - First time on the puter for more than 5 minutes in 10 days, - travelling and working - No jammies, no making stoopid trades - steady paycheque and career.

I like the jammies
