maximum pain close for Nov JDSU options, expiring Nov17th:
85, then 90, then 80

maximum pain close for Nov SDLI options:
280, then 290, then 270

iqauto.com
(VERY NEAT WEBSITE, COURTESY OF RUFFIAN)

this gets better...
the JDSU gap is from 82 to 94
the SDLI gap is from 270 to 315

if MktMakers attempt to send us to the maximum pain price point, we may see each stock shoot the gap
we could shoot the gap, but slip back to 85 and 280
thus inflicting maximum pain upon option traders

but in the process, JDSU might shoot to 95-100
and SDLI might shoot to 315-325
selling opportunities might be presented
