Hi, Susie, are you pumping TIGI here? Just kidding :-)
Can I mention a couple of stocks that I think are cheap right now?

1. COVD, dropped big time after disappointing earnings recently, could be a takeover target, potential buyer is SBC who have already invested $150mm in the company and have guaranteed $600 million revenue for COVD over the next five years. COVD is the biggest DSL provider in the country.
Currently at about $6. SBC paid $15 a share.
Disclosure: I have bought COVD at $11 and at $4 (I guess I'm smarter than SBC;-))

2. STEI. P/E ratio of 3!! Trading at around 2 1/8. The third largest death care business in the world. It won't move as fast as COVD might, but very little downside risk here in my opinion. They are based near where I live and I know people who work there. They have finished their acquisition mode and are into operation mode. They are selling their European operation to reduce debt.
Disclosure: I bought at 2 3/32.
