Ike, There are people who specialise in these crippled companies. they are called 'bottom feeders'. They do an analysis and then buy at 5 cents and wait and see. It is a valid strategy to make money and is like shorting high flyers...in a way. There are funds who do this, called 'vulture funds'. You may recall the vulture funds that bought the Eaton debts and made a good profit? Bill
