OK, I have no clue how you would arrive at that conclusion. As you pointed out, most folks don't really have a choice except to participate.

Of course they did, they were early participants. A more important question is, will our children and grandchildren enjoy anywhere near the level of benefits that our parents and grandparents did. The answer is no, a ponzi scheme always collapses of its own weight.
