Rarebird, smoking pot, even if one doesn't inhale was probably a criminal offense at the time. You use the "everbody does it defense" of Clinton's draft dodging . Unfortunately many people have driven drunk. I don't expect this revelation to have a big impact although I would agree that he should have confessed or better yet Bush Sr should have taken care of this matter years ago the way the Clinton's do. mike
