Hays says a good shot of NAZ 2000 in 8-10 weeks, but not an outright prediction. He does allow for the possibility of NAZ 3800 before the next big move down. BTW, the Mclellan Oscillator -- one of the most reliable short-term market indicators -- has moved from heavily ovesold near the bottom a few weeks ago to just as heavily overbought now. Truly incredible volatility and those who chase the rally here are taking A VERY BIG RISK IMHO.
