What an incredibly shallow article Seybold wrote.

1.- AWE had already decided to go via EDGE, so logically it seems that the market never had a switch to GSM factored into Q's price. If anything, a move to WCDMA should move Q up slightly not down.

2.- A move to GSM by AWE would confirm to anyone who has a marginal knowledge of the wireless 3G choices that AWE is just as clueless as its imbecilic parent, who has managed to flush one of the greatest franchises in history down the crapper.

3.- If AWE and T don't see the opportunity to move into CDMA as giving them a chance to be in the lead in 3G in the US instead of sucking up Sprint's and Verizon's dust, and to finally end the suicidal way T's been doing business in the last 3 or 4 years, then ....God help 'em. They deserve to get creamed.
