Drove past the Bush rally in Grand Rapids Michigan yesterday. A lot of Gore supporters on the streets with signs. I will restrain my comments about them. In any event, Michigan is still a coin toss, but the Gore machine is in full force. The good news, showers likely on Tuesday. I hope so as that could be the variable that makes the difference here.

Did anyone see the Chris Rock show last night? First, I like Chris Rock and think he is a good bit smarter than the average bear. For example, when he interviews people on the street regarding a current new event, he does not predetermine if the "jokes on them". Rather, Rock lets the chips fall and sometimes the jokes on him (us).

The real reason I bring it up was he had Congressman Jackson on the show last night, and Chris sounded a lot like a Republican. Has he publicly supported the party before? Congressman Jackson never had a chance from the day he was born. I bet an original thought would give him a migraine. This is the kind of Dem that makes me sick.

If you get a chance and have HBO check out the repeat. The basic debate of self-sufficiency vs. adults still need a daddy.

Good luck everyone.
