Every client I ever had that got busted for simple possession let a cop search his car at a traffic stop. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
Not that it's anything I've ever had to worry about, but what is the law regarding a car search? I assumed that if a cop wants to search my car, he can do that whether or not I allow it. Or do they have to get some kind of warrant?
