Techno fundamental analysis, sheer research, they work, stocks that go up are mirroring an image of good earnings, srong niche in the market, a leader among a strong sector.
Only idiots think the technicals are moving the stock.. It is the reverse. Maybe that is the simple "Holy Grail".. and its worked for 7 years it will work again. The stocks that drop are the 'fake leaders'... the air bubbles that burst.
RMBS, CFLO... how high can they go? Maybe they will hit a wall on Monday, but since we are starting to hold our stocks 1-3 days now, I think we will be improving on investors that are still waiting for their 'belwhethers' to reach old highs. I think its always practical to have a hedge of 'put' option in your basket so hours don't go by where something in your basket moves big - up or down. Perhaps Monday it will be MUSE or PMCS (to the downside). As long as we continue to get in on the 'beef' of the move. While others are philosophizing, masticating, deliberating, exasperating, rejecting, aspiring, coveting, rationalizing, and pontificating, we traders are making money.
The earnings calendar will be transferred into its home this weekend if not we will be putting them into watch list once again. We have upgraded calendar and it and will continue to 'bring'them into the watch list whenever they are in a pivotal position for breakout.
