James...TWE is clearly not set up for those who day trade...In the last year they've improved service markedly for investors like me...I can't monitor the stocks or trade intraday except by phone, all my trades are entered either the night before or the morning before the market opens. If I have to make adjustments I do it the next day...Seems like you may be trying to get them to adopt to you instead of finding a broker that offers services you need...I've owned the stock for a little over a year...am slightly ahead, but not much...I'll likely sell the stock if we don't get moving soon...jbk
