marcos: With all due respect, maybe we need to get out own shit together before we think of expansion. After all, if we want to annex, don't we need a good pick-up line?
"Hey baby, wanna beer?" or "Hey, baby, wanna toke?" probably won't cut it outside our borders. We might want something more like, "Hey, warm and tropical, want to live in a low-tax, economically-prosperous, healthcare-efficient, beaurocratically-responsible, family-functional, educationally-sound country? Well, then, jump in the pool!"
(I think we have a long way to go before we can use that line.)
