Time Warner groups areas outside of Tampa/St.Pete as Florida. I see it as central Florida or Orlando. Even though Orlando also has Comcast. Comcast tried to swap systems but it looks like it fell through and Comcast did not upgrade that system yet. TWX Florida is listed as 669K subscribers and use Pioneer set tops.
