This is a pending trademark filed by IDTI with the Patent and
Trademark Office on 11/1/96. As part of my due dilly on stocks, I
visit the local library with a PTO collection and search the
CD-ROM database for pending trademarks to get some advance hints on
new products. So far the associated product has not been launched to
my knowledge and there is no other significant info from the PTO
listing. This may be one of those new products to be released soon
(next month?) as mentioned by more than one poster here and on the
AOL thread. OK, so if anyone is interested the floor is open for
speculation. I'll begin by guessing that it has something to do
with digital cameras, like the new chip introduced by LSI Logic a
few weeks back.
