X, that's an interesting example... but doesn't explain why they just don't deliver the chile head first. The cranium has a hole in the middle of EVERY healthy child by design in order to permit the head to pass through the birth canal.

And I'm sure that someone would know if they had attend the proper pre-natal exams (which I certainly support) to check for this condition. There is simply NO reason that a PBA should be delayed until the 8-9 month.

If the child is stillborn, or dies shortly after birth, I see no reason to stab it in the base of the skull and suck out what few brains it has left.

Either way, the woman experiences THE SAME, IF NOT MORE, physical trauma from the risk of an induced breech birth.
