You are probably right - but I don't think Ichan gives a hoot about film or any technology for that matter - he just cares about free cash flow. I am leaving Kodak in a week anyway, so I don't much care anymore except for the possibility that some of my out-of-the=money options will have some value someday. Cheers, Keith
