I really don't care for soybeans, soy milk, tofu, or soy flour. So it probably wasn't me. On the other hand, I like tamari, soy sauce, and miso.
We eat a lot of nuts, peanuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, pecans. We also like pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Wild rice is good. It's not really rice, of course. And there are so many delicious rice varieties. I was just thinking, tonight, about how when I was growing up all you could get was white bread, unless you went to a health food store. The variety in the stores now is astonishing. |
