Canadian Recipe for Political Oppression: Take liberal amounts of Liberals. Take lots of money from taxpayers. Add scandals of mis-management of public funds. Add impovershed taxpayers wondering why they are so impoverished. Heap liberal amounts of new laws, minority rights and a disfunctional Constitution. Shake, rattle and roll for a couple of decades.
