So you really believe Bush nor the Texas legislature cares about 'poor kids'?

IMO this shows the huge gap of understanding between liberals and conservatives.... I mean do you really think that republicans are non-compasionate humans?? Would this be genetic?

IMO this get's at the root, all the other stuff about program cuts, spending veto's and all else is based here... without getting past this belief, there will be no understanding.
