Saddam ready to play another hand. Seems like there is always another fear to support oil prices. Weather, Saddam, terrorists seeking to harm the pro-Israeli countries and an inability to improve low inventory levels keep some support under oil. How much will market be effected by election? I am betting there is allot of money waiting to see who wins. nytimes.com
