MGAM is in the news today. They signed a letter of intent to purchase Real Time Solutions for 20,000 Multimedia common shares. Real Time Solutions had revenues of $135,000 in 1995. MGAM currently trades at about $6.00. That equates to 1 times 1995 revenues paid for Real Time Solutions.
