Klp,

Clinton sure does some strange things. On the one
hand, he likes to protect those who leak US secrets
such as good old Wen Ho Lee, who leaked all of our
nuclear weapons data to China. But also, Clinton
signed the "Terrorism Act" which greatly expanded
the ability of the FBI and CIA to spy on US soil.

I just don't get Clinton.
