RE: even Rambus recognizes that RDRAM is not as good as DDR What a goofy statement! Rambus and Intel have pushed RDRAM because they believe it to be a superior solution to DDR. Moreover, DDR has taken more than a year longer to engineer than RDRAM and they can not even field reliable units and there is no compatible standard. RDRAM is standardized and perfectly reliable and has been shipping for more than a year in PC's and 6 years in game machines. What are you smoking?
