-Help please-

I am just recovering from a hard disk crash. Have reloaded Win 98SE and drivers and just got back onto SI.

My problem is the type appearance-it is very small and of a very poor quality. Almost looks like italics when I know it shouldn't.

My monitor is a 19" Trinitron from Dell. Is there some type quality or resolution setting I need to restore?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
