Anything Legal Services says or does is subject to skepticism on my part. Those guys are professional activists. One of the things I am proud of is that the Virginia Bar Association finally made contributions of interest on IOLTA (Interest on Lawyer's Trust Accounts) to Legal Aid voluntary instead of mandatory.
