Okay, here's another link showing Micron charges $130 to upgrade from 128MB to 256MB for PC133:

So DDR, on an apples to apples comparison, is 50% more expensive than PC133. Big deal. That's much less than the premium RDRAM had when it first came out, and it is considerably above the premium RDRAM still has. How much does MicronPC charge for RDRAM? (G) Here it is, $350.
