Wim Mostert has joined Finisar Corp. as director of broadband-systems engineering. He had been vice president of technology at Augat/Thomas & Betts Corp. Bill Ellis has joined Finisar as director of cable-television applications. Ellis had been vice president of research and development at Augat/Thomas & Betts. Thanks for any help.
