Q1 Results Coming Nov. 13

All WCAP,

Read this post slowly......<ggg>

WCAP closed at $9.00 per share on Friday...Market cap of about $45 million.

As of June 30..(end Q4)...WCAP reported a book value of about $13.00 per share? This was based on CMRC closing at $45.00 per share on June 30.

Q1 ended September 29.......CMRC closed at $78.50....33 points higher than the June 30 close.

WCAP has about 700,000 shares of CMRC. (33 x 700k = 23.1 million)

WCAP should show a gain for Q1 of $22+ million on their CMRC investment alone. ($4.00+ per share)

And back on June 30.....when CMRC closed at $45.00....WCAP closed at $12.25 per share.

So while CMRC was going up 33 points.....WCAP has fallen 3 points.

This represents a $7.00 divergence....shareprice/book....and has WCAP trading at a historic discount to book value....more than 50%....and most (85%?) of that book value is CMRC stock...and Cash.

Watch for the Q1 results......I have a feeling they will show a big jump in asset value......and it will effect the stock.

Just my opinion.
