the stock and earnings go up,(because of buybacks, numerous, repeated one time charges, tax issues and numerous other things) but the revenues have been flat. ibm has done great despite shrinking mainframe business and losing monies in pcs. i am in at split adjusted 11. question is how long can stock and earnings go up if revenues don't go up.
