I too remember Al talking about the information superhighway 10 years ago and not knowing what he was talking about. He was the premiere proponent of the internet in the Senate and Congress before that. A man of vision helped create the largest new American-dominated industry of the century. What did GW ever help create? Well lots of problems in Texas for one thing. Texas ranks last or near last in education, health care, environment, crime, drug use amongst teens, murders, guns in the wrong hands, teacher pay and or course armadillo fatalities.
