Yes, I did try moving the slide bar. I guess I was under a fundamental misunderstanding of how screens work. I like the finer texture of the higher numbers, but don't want the size of my screen to decrease. Guess I was asking for the impossible.

Sounds like you are being very careful not to insult my technological intelligence. Thanks for that, but not to worry, I know that I don't know diddly and am not easily insulted on that score.

Thanks to you, Frank, bosquedog, and Gottfried for your help. I think I was just remembering the "good old days" of pre-crash screen appearance as being better than it actually was.
