Czecho,
I can't believe I'm writing this ...but! SWTX management actually could be doing us a favor by holding back on the NASDAQ opening trading in our favorite stock...NOT! Seriously! I've thought about this over the weekend and have given some serious consideration to the following:
1) If trading re-opens on SWTX, the best IMO we will see on the stock is around the $2.00 to $3.00 price tag...with the $2 being more realistic.
2) If we really have serious bidders for the company, the mere fact that the stock is available for trades and my $2.00 price tag is realistic, the bidder could gobble up shares on the open market and thereby gain the upper hand in negotiations with SWTX. I would suspect that sellers have already placed open orders to dump this stock when and IF it trades...a smart buyer with the knowledge that they want to take over the company would relish this opportunity to gain a major position well below what the going offers are. It would be feasible that a buyer could gain a majority stake in the company and thereby be able to lower any price that they might be willing to pay in a takeover. But....this is also based on the hopes that we might get more than $2.00 for this POS.

Just my thoughts.....and I still can't believe that I'm trying to think that Hood and Gang would actually do something for we small investors.
