And just who is it that pays for most of the NATO-UN peace keeping missions?

The Russians cut their military budget, because there was no money to do otherwise.

It is incredibly naive to assert that our military budget can be cut by 50% in addition to what has already been done. Have you learned anything from history (herstory or hystery)?
