We have, however, just about blown the 'presidential election year' so have to hope that the old pattern also does not hold as it pertains to the first two years of a new term.

Yes, CD has moved back from the precipice--again. LSI is showing a little life. I think it'll take a couple of 'Missouri' quarters for all the techs to come around but I've got time...I hope. ;)
