Their banking industry is a disaster! They still have not done structural reform to clean up their banks. Huge overhang from problem loans. Collateral is underwater... I could go on and on. Do some research and you will find they still have some long term problems to work out that will take some serious work. Only then their markets might have a chance to come back. JMHO Eric
