Read what I said again... gov't is not responsible for the cost of living here but they are responsible to remove themselves from criticism of a region that supports them... in other words if Tom Delay is not smart enough to run a software company then he should remove himself from values discussions regarding the lifestyles of people that do run software companies... thats the point. Surely you are intelligent enough to understand that if Silicon Valley relocated to the bible belt that prices would rise to the same levels they are here... thats what happens when you know how to build industries which the people in Alabama do not know how to do.
