Easily Manage Back-End Processes

When it comes to billing, reporting, tracking usage, and other back-end processes, Novell
OnDemand Services makes it easy. Included with OnDemand Services is DirCommerce, a
Java-based commerce services engine that consists of Web-based reporting tools,
integration with credit card and merchant services transaction networks, and application
programming interfaces (APIs) to allow developers to connect to the commerce services
engine.

Track Product Usage. You can generate usage reports to see which products were
purchased most often and by whom. This valuable information can help you create
customized Web pages and tightly focused advertising.

Generate Audit Reports. You can create audit reports to track user activity over a specified
period. Users can also generate reports on their own account status. OnDemand Services
