jb: Nice commentary.. . and good advice. Who needs Herm (just kidding . . . he is MY mentor, that's for sure) So, maybe you should go to Puerto Rico and "relieve" Herm there (on vacation), and make sure he doesn't get "rusty". He's probably going to feel like his position is "threatened" ... so you could probably negotiate to take over his "position" (and pina colada) at his pool side chair.
