Utilizing the Core Technology Landscape, and
Hardware/Software Infrastructure Management.

L427 is a software applications foundry and
technology infrastructure management company which
develops and markets applications utilizing the
companies core technology landscape. Layer 427
earned its name from the Open Systems
Interconnection Model it is designed to serve. With a
proprietary, high throughput, multi-thread delivery
engine, 24x7 network operation center and L427's
extensive knowledge of industry-specific needs, L427
can offer high-powered, customized e-presence
services and Internet applications to a wide range of
clients including its sister marketing operations. From
Layer 4 (transport) to Layer 7 (applications) the
company will harness its technological landscape to
generate revenue at the edge of the network. All
subsidiary operations of the E*Comnetrix utilize the

Moving Bytes Broadband Corporation (MBB) --

MBB is an i-access company positioned to become a
DSL aggregator. MBB is the branded provider of the
i-access services of the Company.

USV Telemanagement, Inc. (USV) -- Voice, Frame
Relay/Data Services, Interconnection Equipment and
DSL Line Installation Services.

USV sells telecommunication, data, integrated T-1,
Internet, DSL and other integrated access and
broadband services to commercial customers. USV
sells exclusively through niche market distributors
such as interconnect companies. USV will be the
branded provider of traditional voice and data
services.
