What I find grossly unfair in this country is how judges are appointed. This practice should be abolished it is just a guarantee of favors being doled out. Either have them elected or hire retired lawyers on a part time basis to hear cases. Or better yet, privatize it. The chief justice that was replaced here was in the third level of dementia for at least five years. The majority have drinking problems and most of them come from the same law firm!! cheers
