In Wisconsin, where Tommy Thompson is governor, the suit involves improper, illegal denial of continued Food Stamp benefits to those making the transition from welfare to work.

Much of Wisconsin's problems started years ago when Illinios (mainly Chicago) started to crack down on welfare abuse. Those people flooded Millwaukee and Madison. Then, recognizing what had happened, Wisconsin did the same things that Illinios did. Then the people left and those that stayed couldn't abuse the system and were forced to become productive members of society.

As someone that grew up in Madison and watched the people flood in, then exit, it doesn't bother me one bit and I could give a crap which party did it. As I recall, Wisconsin made it so you couldn't be on welfare for more than 2 years straight. If someone is bitching about not getting food stamps because they lived off the government till for 2 years (read: MY MONEY) and then were forced to get a job, f*ck 'em.
