- Commerce, Capstone, & Cash add up to a net asset value of $12.96. Yet WCAP's closing stock price was $9. All based on 6/30/00's finl's - WCAP has 5.8 mill shs o/s on fully dilluted basis - cash of $19 mill or $3.28/share - Capstone Turbine Corporation, CPST, 112,500 shs X $45 = $4.9 mill or $.87/share - Commerce One, CMRC $73/share X 700k shares = $51 mill; or $8.81/share - Plus, they have a ton of other incubators, & the valuation of the stock is obscenely cheap - or at least this is how it appearst to me unless someone can prove me wrong somehow.
